Why is your Light Roast darker than other light roasts on the market?

Longevity Coffee Light Roast  is notably darker than other light roast coffees on the market. Typically, light roast coffees are higher in acids and our goal is to produce low-acid coffee. Longevity Coffee roasts are all more of a medium roast in order to obtain a lower-acid result; however, Light Roast is the lightest of what we offer.
