Longevity Coffee® is roasted using an air roasting system. Within this controlled system, hot air is funneled through tunnels containing the coffee, uniformly roasting the beans. The air used to roast the beans is heated with either wood or gas. Neither the wood nor the gas ever come into contact with the beans during the roasting process. Once adequately roasted, the beans are then run through a few last tests before being packed and shipped to our warehouse.
