What If My Order Is Damaged Or Not Allowed Delivery By Customs?

Longevity Warehouse® is not responsible for orders that are held up at Customs, damaged by Customs, destroyed by Customs, or refused entrance by Customs. However, if your order is ultimately returned back to our warehouse, we will offer a refund for the products that arrive back in good condition. We cannot offer a refund if the package does not arrive back at our warehouse.
